摘要
LNG作为一种清洁环保的能源,近年来在船舶领域得到广泛应用,但LNG的安全风险不容忽视,本文介绍了船舶双燃料发动机LNG供气系统的主要安全技术:包括船舶安全区域与危险区域的划分,加注站、储罐及燃料准备间承接盘的设计,储罐气穹保护间、燃料准备间、机舱双壁管的通风设计与风机选型。通过对上述研究内容的梳理总结与探讨,有助于系统设计人员更好的了解LNG供气系统安全技术的相关设计。
As a clean and environmentally friendly energy source,LNG has been widely used in the field of ships in recent years,but the safety risks of LNG cannot be ignored.This article introduces the main safety technologies of the ship’s dual-fuel engine LNG gas supply system:including ship safety areas and dangerous areas.Division,the design of the receiving plate of the filling station,the storage tank and the fuel preparation room,the ventilation design of the storage tank gas dome protection room,the fuel preparation room,and the double-wall pipe of the engine room and the fan selection.The summary and discussion of the above-mentioned research contents will help designers better understand the relevant design of LNG gas supply system safety technology.
