摘要 食品营养与健康是食品科学研究领域的重要发展方向,也是健康食品研究与开发的重要理论基础。作为食品科学与工程类研究生的专业理论课程,《食品营养与健康前沿进展》教学活动的顺利开展,对于本研究方向实践创新型人才的培养和发展具有重要引领作用。本文综合近年来教学团队积累的教学经验,以创新型人才培养为目标导向,对课程主要内容、授课方法、考核方式等教学培养过程关键环节进行探索和讨论,进一步完善教学模式,促进食品专业研究生的教学改革,培养符合国家和社会创新驱动发展需求的食品科学领域高级专业人才。 Food nutrition and health is an important development direction in the field of food science and also an important theoretical basis for the research and development of healthy food.As a professional theoretical course for graduate students of food science and engineering,the smooth development of the teaching activity of food Nutrition and Health Frontier plays an important leading role in the training and development of practical innovative talents in this research direction.In this paper,the comprehensive teaching team of teaching experience in recent years,with the development of innovative talents target orientation,main content of courses,teaching methods,teaching evaluation ways to explore and discuss the key link to the training process,we will further improve the teaching mode,to promote the teaching reform of food graduate training conform to the state and social innovation driven senior professional talent development needs food science field.
