摘要
荀子是战国末期著名的儒学大师,他的思想集儒家思想之大成。其师教思想因适应时代潮流,而使儒家学说发扬光大。荀子师教思想强调从"学以致用""礼义法制""用心专一"等思想看教学目的;荀子还总结了孔孟的教学经验,提出一套完整的教学体系,提倡"防止蔽于一曲暗于大理""积铢累寸"等教学方法。荀子的师教思想一方面为他的教学实践提供了指导,用来教育学生和与道德实践相结合,另一方面也对如今的教学实践起到指导作用。
Xunzi is a famous master of Confucianism in the late Warring States period.His thought is a great achievement of Confucianism.His thought of teacher education adapted to the trend of the times,which contributed to the develop of Confucianism.Xunzi’s thought of teacher education emphasizes that the purpose of teaching should be viewed from the ideas of“learning for application”,“etiquette and justice legal system”and“being attentive and single-minded”.He also summarized the teaching experience of Confucius and Mencius,put forward a complete teaching system,and advocated teaching methods such as“to avoid being cheated by a partial phenomenon but ignore the real picture”and“to accumulate knowledge gradually”.On the one hand,Xunzi’s teacher education thought provides guidance for his teaching practice,which is used to educate students and combine with moral practice.On the other hand,it also plays a guiding role in today’s teaching practice.
