摘要
目的研究显微CT(micro-CT)对大鼠牙周炎模型建立的观察效果。方法 3月龄雄性SD大鼠8只,正畸用结扎丝结扎上颌左侧第一磨牙牙颈部建立实验性牙周炎模型,右侧作为对照组。21 d后处死大鼠,牙周探诊探查牙周袋深度变化,并采用micro-CT分析大鼠左、右侧上颌第一磨牙牙槽骨的改变。结果结扎21 d后,牙周探诊发现对照组牙周探诊平均深度为(0.64±0.05)mm,实验组牙周探诊平均深度为(1.15±0.14)mm(P<0.05);Micro-CT图像分析发现实验组较对照组的牙槽骨高度降低,经过分析测量,对照组釉牙本质界(Cemento-enamel juction,CEJ)至牙槽嵴顶(Alveolar bone crest,ABC)平均距离为(0.67±0.08)mm,实验组平均距离为(1.17±0.04)mm(P<0.05);且与对照组相比,实验组牙槽骨呈现水平或垂直骨吸收图像。结论 Micro-CT可作为大鼠实验性牙周炎的辅助观察工具。
Objective To study the effect of micro-CT on experimental periodontitis model in SD rats.Methods 8 three-month-old male SD rats were selected as research subjects.All rats were treated with orthodontic ligation wire to establish an experimental periodontitis model in the upper left first molar neck,and the right side was used as the control group.The rats were sacrificed after 21 days,periodontal probing was conducted to investigate the changes of periodontal pocket depth,and Micro-CT was used to analyze the changes of alveolar bone in the left and right maxillary first molar of the rats.Results After 21 days of ligation,periodontal exploration found that the average depth of periodontal exploration in the control group was(0.64±0.05)mm,and the average depth of periodontal exploration in the experimental group was(1.15±0.14)mm(P<0.05);Micro-CT Image analysis found that the alveolar bone height of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.After analysis and measurement,the average distance from the enamel-dentin boundary(CEJ)to the alveolar bone crest(ABC)of the control group was(0.67±0.08)mm,the average distance of the experimental group was(1.17±0.04)mm(P<0.05);and compared with the control group,the alveolar bone of the experimental group showed horizontal or vertical bone resorption images.Conclusion Micro-CT can be used as an auxiliary observation tool for experimental periodontitis in rats.
