花色相关基因DFR的RNAi载体构建

摘要 以野生圆叶牵牛(Pharbitis purpurea(L.)Voisgt)PpDFR基因ORF区内539bp-939bp区段作为最佳RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)靶序列,克隆该区段并将其插入p BWA(V)KS载体,构建DFR基因的干扰载体,命名为pBWA(V)KS-Pp DFR。本研究为鉴定二氢黄酮4-还原酶(dihydroflavonol4-reductase,DFR)基因在色素合成过程中的功能及定向创造植物新种质奠定基础。
