高端农产品消费视角下的尊老与爱幼差异分析——以北京市的黑猪肉消费为例

Analysis of the Difference between Respect for the Elderly and Love for the Young from the Perspective of Consumption of High-end Agricultural Products--Take the Consumption of Black Pork in Beijing as an Example

目前我国家庭中老人和小孩的消费存在较大差异,小孩对家庭消费率的影响显著大于老人。通过选取北京市各商超1168位消费者2018年的相关数据进行研究,最终得出结论:家庭中1~12岁儿童数量对黑猪肉消费额有显著的正向影响,13~17岁的青少年数量和60岁以上老人数量对黑猪肉消费额的影响不明显。在此基础上,得出相关的结论,即要缓解家庭中尊老与爱幼的消费矛盾,应进一步增加居民收入,倡导正确的消费观念,完善高端农产品的供给侧改革。

At present,there are great differences in the consumption of the elderly and children in our families,and the influence of children on the family consumption rate is significantly greater than that of the elderly.Based on the relevant data of over 1168 consumers in Beijing in 2018,it is finally concluded that the number of children aged 1~12 in the family has a significant positive impact on the consumption of black pork,while the number of teenagers aged 13~17 and the number of elderly over 60 have no significant impact on the consumption of black pork.On this basis,the relevant conclusions are drawn,in order to alleviate the consumption contradiction between respecting the old and loving the young in the family,we should further increase residents’income,advocate correct consumption concepts and perfect the supply-side reform of high-end agricultural products.
