摘要 在传统的行政单位人力资源绩效管理的过程当中,鉴于行政单位工作性质的区别性和特殊性,导致很多工作人员在工作中未能履行自身的责任,影响了行政单位的长远发展。对此,行政单位必须要意识到绩效工作管理的重要性,改变传统的管理理念,健全现阶段行政管理工作的体系,从而促进单位人员的共同进步。因此,分析行政单位人力资源管理中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出全新的绩效管理工作思路,以期帮助行政单位提高工作效率。 In the traditional administrative unit of human resources performance management process,based on the difference and particularity of the nature of the work of the administrative unit,it leads to a lot of staff can not fulfill their own responsibilities in the work,which will affect the long-term development of the administrative unit.In this regard,the administrative unit must realize the importance of performance-based work management,so as to change the traditional management concept and improve the current administrative management system,so as to promote the common progress of the unit personnel.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the human resource management of administrative units,and proposes a new performance management method based on the actual situation,so as to help the administrative units to improve their work efficiency.
