神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后并发嗅觉障碍相关因素分析

Analysis of factors related to olfactory dysfunction after endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection

目的探讨神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后并发嗅觉障碍相关因素。方法对在神经内镜下单鼻孔经蝶切除垂体腺瘤47例临床资料进行分析。结果术后出现嗅觉丧失7例。结论神经内镜手术中尽可能保护部分内侧壁黏膜不受损害,维护自然嗅裂的完整性,避免嗅觉丧失。

Objective To investigate the related factors of dysosmia after endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of pituitary adenoma were analyzed. Results Olfactory loss occurred in 7 cases.Conclusions During neuroendoscopic surgery, some medial wall mucosa should be protected from damaging, the integrity of natural olfactory cleft should be maintained and olfactory loss should be avoided.
