综合护理模式在小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing mode in children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨综合护理模式在小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法通过选取河南省郑州儿童医院2017年3月至2018年6月期间100例支气管哮喘患儿病例为研究对象,对半分为观察组和对照组各50例。对两组患者进行常规护理,在此前提下对观察组实施人性化护理。观察对比不同护理方式下两组患儿的哮喘发作次数、症状缓解所需时间、住院时间,并做好观察记录;同时通过问卷调查的方式对比两组患儿家长给予护理的满意度评价。结果护理后,观察组患儿在症状缓解时间、哮喘发作次数及住院时间方面明显优于对照组患儿;观察组患儿家长给予人性化护理的评价较对照组家属给予常规护理的评价更高,组间差距具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为支气管哮喘患儿实施人性化护理,坚持"以患者为中心"的护理理念,对于缩短患儿住院时间、降低哮喘发作频次、加快患儿症状缓解进度等方面有较佳的临床效果,护理满意度评价高,适合在临床进行广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing mode in children with bronchial asthma. Methods100 cases of bronchial asthma were selected from March 2017 to June 2018 in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital, and 50 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group. Routine care was performed on two groups of patients, and the observation group was subjected to human-based nursing. To observe the number of asthma attacks in two groups of children with different care modes, the time required for symptom relief, the time of hospitalization, and the observation records, and the satisfaction of the parents of the two groups was evaluated by means of the questionnaire. Results After the nursing, the children of the observation group were better than that of the control group in the time of symptom relief, the number of asthma attacks and the time of the hospital stay. The evaluation of the human-based nursing of the parents in the observation group was higher than that of the family of the control group. The difference between the groups was of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions The patients with bronchial asthma have a good clinical effect in reducing the hospital stay time, reducing the frequency of the asthma attack, and accelerating the progress of the remission of the symptoms of the child. The nursing satisfaction is high which is suitable for wide popularization and application in clinic.
