无缝隙护理对极低出生体质量儿脐静脉置管联合PICC中的效果

Effect of seamless nursing on umbilical vein catheterization combined with PICC in very low birth weight infants

目的无缝隙护理对极低出生体质量儿应用脐静脉置管、PICC联合应用效果情况分析。方法选取2018年4月-2019年11月某院新生儿科诊治60例极低出生体质量儿临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组予常规护理,研究组予无缝隙护理,分析两组临床疗效、不良事件与体质量指标。结果干预后,研究组操作时间(26.25±3.92)min比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组PICC的留置时间(23.92±2.15)d比对照组高;研究组一次穿刺的成功29(96.67%)例比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组发生支气管不良发育、感染等不良事件13.33%比对照组46.67%少(P<0.05);研究组出生2w(1369.58±112.52)g、4w(1497.56±120.72)g体质量均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理应用于极低出生体质量儿行脐静脉置管、PICC中,能提高穿刺成功率,缩短操作时间,并降低其不良事件,且体质量更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing on the application of umbilical vein catheterization and PICC in very low birth mass infants. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases of very low birth mass infants diagnosed and treated in neonatology of Xinjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the table of random numbers. The control group received routine nursing and the research group received non-gap nursing.The clinical efficacy, adverse events and body quality indicators of the two groups were analyzed. Results After intervention, the operating time(26.25±3.92)min in the study group was less than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The retention time of PICC(23.92±2.15)d in the study group was higher than that of the control group. The success rate of 29 cases(96.67%)in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Adverse events such as bronchial dysplasia and infection were less in the study group(13.33%)than in the control group(46.67%)(P<0.05). The body mass of 2 w(1369.58±112.52)g and 4 w(1497.56±120.72)g in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of seamless nursing in umbilical vein catheterization and PICC of infants with very low birth mass can improve the puncture success rate, shorten the operation time, and reduce the adverse events, and the body mass is higher.
