摘要 血流限制抗阻训练(RT-BFR)在肌肥大和肌肉力量促进方面的效果,已得到大量科学研究的证实。这种新颖的训练方式业已引起临床康复、健身和运动训练领域的重视。有关RT-BFR诱发肌肉适应性反应的生理机制尚未完全明确,代谢应激的增加是目前普遍认可的主要作用机制。在RT-BFR的实践应用方面还存在诸多困惑和疑虑,如血流限制工具的选用、限制压力的标准、外部负荷等训练变量的设定以及如何根据受训群体的不同特征来针对性设计训练方案。研究通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对RT-BFR的基本理论及其在运动训练领域的运用进行了系统回顾。在此基础上提出RT-BFR的实践应用策略,以期能为科研工作者、实践操作者提供理论参考。 The effect of blood flow restriction combined with resistance training(RT-BFR)on muscle hypertrophy and muscle strength promotion has been confirmed by a large number of scientific studies.This novel training method has attracted attention in the fields of clinical rehabilitation,fitness and sports training.The physiological mechanism of RT-BFR-induced muscle adaptive response has not been fully clarified,and the increase of metabolic stress is currently the generally recognized main mechanism of action.In terms of the practical application of RT-BFR,there are still many confusions and doubts,such as the selection of blood flow limitation tools,the standard for limiting pressure,the setting of external load and other training variables,and how to design the training program according to the different characteristics of the trained group.This study systematically reviewed the basic theory of RT-BFR and its application in the field of sports training through literature data and logical analysis.On this basis,the practical application strategy of RT-BFR is proposed,in order to provide theoretical reference for scientific researchers and practical operators.
