番石榴果实水提物降血糖作用的探究

Study on the Hypoglycemic Effect of Water Extract of Guava Fruit

目的:探究番石榴果实水提物的降血糖作用。方法:水提法提取番石榴果实的水溶性成分并浓缩成浸膏,不同剂量浸膏干预喂养糖尿病模型蚕;采用血糖仪检测蚕血液中血糖浓度。结果:低剂量的浸膏可以降低糖尿病蚕的血糖,其中给予浸膏0.25 g/天干预后降血糖效果最明显。结论:番石榴果实水提取成分对糖尿病蚕具有一定的降血糖作用。

Objective:To explore the hypoglycemic effect of water extract of guava fruit.Methods:The water-soluble components of the guava fruit were extracted by water extraction and concentrated into an extract.Different doses of the extract were used to intervene and feed the diabetic model silkworm;a blood glucose meter was used to detect the blood glucose concentration of the silkworm.Results:The low-dose extract can lower the blood sugar of diabetic silkworm,and the effect of lowering blood sugar is the most obvious after the intervention of 0.25g/day of extract.Conclusion:The water-extracted components of guava fruit have a certain hypoglycemic effect on diabetic silkworm.
