摘要
对一款宣称舒缓修复功效的产品进行功效评价并进行重复性实验,进而确定舒缓修复产品的功效评估方法。选择30名20~45岁的健康人群,用质量分数为1%二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)溶液在双前臂内侧做封闭型斑贴试验24 h诱导产生红斑,使用舒缓修复产品,通过测量受试区域皮肤的酸碱度(pH值)、经表皮失水量(TEWL值)、皮肤红色素含量以及皮肤图像分析,评估产品舒缓修复效果,舒缓修复产品能降低皮肤受到外界刺激因素后皮肤TEWL值,调节皮肤酸碱度pH值,修复皮肤屏障功能,同时改善皮肤红斑情况,对受损皮肤具有一定的舒缓修复功效。
Evaluate the efficacy of a product that claims to be soothing repair.Repeat the experiment.Thirty healthy volunteers at the age of 20~45 were selected.In order to induce erythema,the solution of 1%odium lauryl sulfate(SLS)was applied on the inside of both forearm to perform patch test for 24 h under occlusive conditions.The trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL),the acid-base scale of skin,skin heme and image analysis were repeatedly measured for the test skin area to assess the soothing repair effects of anti-allergy product.The results showed that the test product of anti-allergy product could reduce the TEWL value of skin after external stimulation.Repair the skin barrier function,and improve the erythema of skin.has certain soothing and recovery effects on the damaged skin.By evaluating the repeatability of the experiment,the efficacy evaluation method of the soothing repair products was determined.
