摘要
通过对高温高硫矿山发生自燃、自爆机理的分析,对适用高温高硫矿山使用乳胶基质产品的试验、配方调整及改进、现场爆破对比试验等,确定高温高硫矿山使用含抑制剂7%~10%的乳胶基质产品,在混合30%的多孔粒硝铵时,不会出现自燃自爆状况,产品可完全满足高温高硫矿山使用。
By analyzing the mechanism of spontaneous combustion and self-explosion in high-temperature and high-sulfur mines,by utilizing the testing,formulating adjusting and improving,field blasting comparison test etc.of applicable emulsion matrix products used in high temperature and high sulfur mines,determined the high temperature and high sulfur mines using emulsion matrix product contains 7%~10%of inhibitors,and mixed with 30%porous granular ammonium nitrate,there will be no condition presents spontaneous combustion and self-explosion,products can fully meet the high temperature and high sulfur mines to use.
