摘要
过渡金属硫化物作为一种带隙可调的类石墨烯材料,近年来受到众多科研工作者的青睐。2DWS2作为具有代表性的过渡金属硫化物材料之一,在电子器件领域因其独特的电子结构和晶体结构而极富应用潜力。本文综述了2DWS2的几种主要制备方法,以及近年来其在场效应晶体管、光电探测器、气敏传感器等电子器件领域方面的应用研究进展,并对2DWS2的未来发展前景进行了展望。
As a graphene-like material with adjustable band gap,transitional metal dichalcogenides has been favored by many researchers in recent years.As one of the representative transitional metal dichalcogenides,2DWS2 has great application potential in the field of electronic devices due to its unique electronic structure and crystal structure.In this paper,several main preparation methods of 2DWS2 are reviewed,as well as the application research progress of field effect transistor,photodetector,gas sensor and other electronic devices in recent years,and the future development prospect of 2DWS2 is also discussed.
