摘要 高速逆流色谱技术是一种结合液—液萃取和分配色谱技术两者优点的新型色谱技术,已被广泛应用于中药化学成分的分离。为了进一步完善高速逆流色谱技术,指导该色谱技术应用于中药分离领域提供参考,通过收集高速逆流色谱技术应用于中药领域的相关文献,并按照一定的规律进行系统整理。主要以下几个方面展开:高速逆流色谱的分离原理,特点,两相溶剂体系选择,应用高速逆流色谱技术以及该色谱与其他分离技术联用的研究进展。 High-speed countercurrent chromatography is a new chromatographic technique that combines the advantages of both liquid-liquid extraction and partition chromatography.It has been widely used in the separation of chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to further improve the high-speed countercurrent chromatography technology,the chromatographic technology is guided to provide reference for the separation of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper applies high-speed countercurrent chromatography technology to the relevant literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and systematically organizes according to certain rules.The main aspects are as follows:separation principle of high-speed countercurrent chromatography,characteristics,selection of two-phase solvent system,application of high-speed countercurrent chromatography technology and the research progress of this chromatogram combined with other separation techniques.
