摘要 大型外浮顶储罐的罐壁板用钢材量在罐体总钢材用量中占比大,以某EPC项目50000 m3外浮顶储罐为例,按照目前国内最新设计规范GB50341-2014对罐壁板厚度分别按定设计点法和变设计点法进行计算探讨,选择优化后的罐壁板名义厚度可以减少罐壁板用钢材量,使项目节省概算投资。 The amount of steel used for the tank wall plate of large-scale external floating roof storage tank accounts for a large proportion of the total steel consumption of the tank body.Taking a 50000m3 external floating roof tank of an EPC project as an example,according to the latest domestic design code GB 50341-2014,the thickness of the tank wall plate is calculated and discussed according to the fixed design point method and the variable design point method respectively.Selecting the optimized nominal thickness of the tank wall plate can reduce the amount of steel used for the tank wall plate and save the project Estimate the investment.
