凯氏定氮仪用于检测谷物、食品、饲料、水、土壤、淤泥、沉淀物和化学品中的氨、蛋白质含量,用途广泛。本文根据凯氏定氮仪的计量特性,制定相关仪器验证方法并评定不确定度,为仪器用户开展仪器验证工作提供参考。

Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is widely used to detect the content of ammonia and protein in grains,food,feed,water,soil,sludge,sediment and chemicals.In this paper,according to the measurement characteristics of Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer,the relevant instrument verification methods and evaluation of uncertainty are developed,which provides reference for instrument users to carry out instrument verification work.
