摘要
本文基于青岛市五个公建项目的实测数据,评价磁悬浮机组运行能效,并与传统冷水机组进行对比分析。结果表明磁悬浮机组实测COP达到7.11,修正COP为5.51,磁悬浮机组未能与建筑负荷做良好匹配,修正COP低于传统冷机。辅助设备选型过大会抵消高效机组的节能效果,导致冷站整体能效降低。提高机房整体运行能效,宜根据建筑负荷对机组和辅助设备进行选型,搭配合理控制策略,使机组保持在高效范围内运行。
Based on the actual operating data of chillers of five public buildings in Qingdao,the article evaluates the energy performance of oil-free centrifugal chillers and compares with conventional chillers.The results show that the COP of oil-free centrifugal chiller is 7.11 and the revised COP is 5.51.The oil-free chiller doesn’t match with the building load lead to the modified COP is lower than conventional chillers.Unreasonable selection of pumps will counteract the energy saving of high efficiency chillers,resulting in lower energy efficiency in conditioning system.On the basis of building load to select water chiller and pumps and combining with reasonable strategy to keep chiller running in an efficient range,which can improve chiller plant energy efficiency.
