护理干预对老年睡眠障碍患者临床效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Sleep Disorders in Neurology Department

目的:分析护理干预在神经内科老年住院睡眠障碍患者中的运用。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年5月福建省立医院神经内科收治的老年住院睡眠障碍患者97例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=49),分别给予2组常规护理、护理干预。结果:观察组护理后睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生命质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预用于神经内科老年住院睡眠障碍患者,可改善患者的睡眠障碍及生命质量。

Objective:To analyze the application of nursing intervention in elderly patients with sleep disorders in neurology department.Methods:A total of 97 elderly patients with sleep disorders admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from August 2018 to may 2019 were divided into control group and intervention group.Results:The sleep quality of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve sleep disorders and quality of life of elderly patients with sleep disorders in neurology department.
