连续细致化护理对高危初产妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Continuous Meticulous Nursing on Sleep Quality and Pregnancy Outcome of High Risk Primipara

目的:研究分析连续细致化护理对高危初产妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月沂源县人民医院产科收治的高危初产妇68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。结果:观察组睡眠质量更优,且不良妊娠结局总发生率明显更低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过连续细致化护理,能够显著改善高危初产妇的睡眠质量,而且还可以帮助高危初产妇获得满意的妊娠结局,值得在临床中广泛普及。

Objective:To study and analyze the influence of continuous meticulous nursing on sleep quality and pregnancy outcome of high-risk primiparas.Methods:A total of 68 cases of high-risk primiparas admitted to the obstetrics department of Yiyuan County People′s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Results:The observation group had better sleep quality,and the overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through continuous and meticulous nursing,the sleep quality of high-risk primiparas can be significantly improved,and it can also help high-risk primiparas obtain satisfactory pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
