Meta-analysis of the influencing factors of demand for home care of the elderly

[目的]分析老年人居家护理需求的影响因素.[方法]检索PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、万方及维普数据库中有关老年人居家护理需求影响因素方面的观察性研究文献,检索时间设定为自建库以来至2019年12月31日,用RevMan 5.2与Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析.[结果]共纳入10篇文献,有需求组3 882例,无需求组13 837例,样本量共计17 719例.Meta分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、罹患慢性疾病数量、日常生活自理能力、婚姻状况与老年人居家护理需求密切相关(P<0.01),而性别、居住方式、医疗支付方式、原工作单位性质与老年人居家护理需求无相关性(P>0.05).[结论]年龄、文化程度、罹患慢性疾病数量、日常生活自理能力、婚姻状况是老年人居家护理需求的主要影响因素.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the influencing factors of the demand for home care of the elderly. METHODS The observational study literatures on influencing factors of demand for home care of the elderly were retrieved in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane library, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to the end of December 2019. RevMan 5.2 and Stata 15.0 software were used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS A total of 10 literatures were included, including 3 882 cases in the demand group and 13 837 cases in the non-demand group, with a total sample size of 17 719 cases. The results of Meta-analysis showed that age, education level, number of chronic diseases, self-care ability of daily life and marital status were closely related to the demand for home care of the elderly(P<0.01), while gender, residence style, medical payment mode, and nature of original work unit were not related to the demand for home care of the elderly(P>0.05). CONCLUSION Age, education level, the number of chronic diseases, self-care ability of daily life, and marital status are the main influencing factors of the demand for home care of the elderly.
