摘要
9713综采工作面过CF2正断层,采用倾向剖面法确定了加固范围,确定了钻孔参数,介绍了超细水泥注浆材料特性,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:平均单孔注浆量5.5 t,回采期间工作面仅出现轻微冒顶现象,安全通过了90 m加固区。与等体积化学浆比较,采用超细水泥深孔预注浆方式共节约注浆费用138万元,平均每米节约超过1.5万元。
9713 fully mechanized coal mining face passes through CF2 normal fault.The reinforcement scope is determined by the inclined section method,the drilling parameters are determined,and the characteristics of ultra-fine cement grouting material are introduced,and the field test is carried out.The results show that:the average grouting amount of single hole is 5.5 t,only slight roof fall occurs in the working face during the mining period,and it passes through the 90 m reinforcement area safely.Compared with the chemical slurry with equal volume,the ultra-fine cement deep hole pre grouting method can save 1.38 million yuan of grouting cost and save more than 15000 yuan per meter on average.
