摘要
针对在开采过程中留置大煤柱造成资源浪费、巷道变形量大、破坏严重的现象,提出沿空巷道采用小煤柱开采技术。分析了原支护存在问题,并从留设宽度以及支护方式方面对小煤柱的支护设计进行优化。从优化结果可以看出,巷道变形量明显减小,支护维修成本有所降低,资源利用率也大大提升。
In view of the waste of resources,large deformation of roadway and serious damage caused by leaving large coal pillar in the mining process,this paper puts forward the mining technology of small coal pillar in gob side roadway.The existing problems of the original support are analyzed,and the support design of small coal pillar is optimized from the aspects of reserved width and support mode.From the optimization results,it can be seen that the deformation of roadway is significantly reduced,the cost of support and maintenance is reduced,and the utilization rate of resources is also greatly improved.
