摘要
为解决大采高工作面在末采阶段片帮、冒顶事故频发等问题,采用现场监测的手段研究工作面超前支承压力分布规律,分析工作面的可注性,选取了合理的注浆加固时机和范围,研发出高性能注浆加固材料,设计了深孔注浆封孔工艺。工程实践结果表明:注浆加固后的工作面在末采阶段未发生大范围片帮,工作面生产衔接安全正常。
In order to solve the problems such as rib spalling and collapse of roof frequently occur at the end of the high mining heights working face,field monitoring methods were used to study the distribution law of the advance bearing pressure of the working face,and the injectability of the working face was analyzed,reasonable timing and scope of grouting reinforcement were selected,high-performance grouting reinforcement materials were developed,deep-hole grouting and sealing processes were designed.Engineering practice shown that after grouting reinforcement,there is no large-scale rib spalling in the end mining phase of the working face,the production connection of working face is safe and normal.
