摘要
丰阳煤矿主采煤层平均倾角32°,综采工作面在回采过程中需要跨石门开采。综采工作面在跨石门开采时存在安全隐患较多,容易出现工作面端头支架倒架现象,甚至出现冒顶伤人事故。通过采取施工假底、强化石门支护以及推采过程中的安全管控技术措施,保证了综采工作面安全跨石门回采,确保了工作面安全生产。
Average dip angle of main coal seam in Fengyang Coal Mine is 32°,and cross stone gate mining is needed in fully mechanized mining face.There are many hidden dangers of safety in fully mechanized mining face,which is easy to appear the phenomenon of inverted support at the end of working face,and even the accident of roof fall injury.By adopting the technical measures of safety control and control in the process of construction false bottom,strengthening the support of stone gate and pushing mining,the safe cross stone door mining of fully mechanized mining face is ensured,and the safe production of working face is ensured.
