摘要
针对28216工作面掘进回采巷道因地质不稳定导致的掘进缓慢以及掘进巷道坍塌风险高等问题,对掘进作业中的掘进截割、掘进工序以及临时支护作业等工艺结合东曲煤矿地质特点进行了优化,提出了一种侧向交替掘进截割与机载临时支护组合的快速掘进工艺优化方案。优化后,28216工作面掘进速度提升50%左右。
Aiming at the problems of slow excavation and high risk of roadway collapse due to geological instability in the 28216 working face,this paper optimizes the excavation cutting,tunneling process and temporary support operation combined with the geological characteristics of Dongqu Coal Mine.This paper puts forward a quick tunneling technology optimization scheme for the combination of lateral alternating tunneling cutting and airborne temporary support.After optimization,the driving speed of the 28216 working face is increased by about 50%.
