28814工作面回采巷道加固注壳支护工艺研究

摘要 针对东曲煤矿28814工作面不规则回采巷道存在的巷道顶板断裂、片帮等支护问题,提出了锚杆锚索初级支护与加强支护双支护工艺方案。锚杆测力监测显示,支护锚杆中最大受力为101 kN,低于额定承载力105 kN,表明双支护工艺能够保持巷道成型稳定性,提升巷道安全。 Aiming at the problems of roof fracture and slab support in the 28814 working face of Dongqu Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the technology scheme of primary support and strengthening support of anchor cable.The monitoring of anchor force shows that the maximum force in the supporting bolt is 101 kN,lower than the rated bearing capacity 105 kN,which indicates that the double support technology can maintain the stability of roadway forming and improve the safety of roadway.
