摘要
针对SGZ630/400型刮板输送机原有刮板固定装置存在的不足,研制了一种新型的刮板固定装置。对该刮板固定装置的结构、工作原理、应用进行了分析阐述。实践应用结果表明,该装置的应用对设备无损伤,工人劳动强度低,作业效率高,满足使用需求,应用效果理想。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the original scraper fixing device of the SGZ630/400 scraper conveyor,a new type of scraper fixing device is developed.The structure,working principle and application of the scraper fixing device are analyzed and expounded.The practical application results show that the device has no damage to the equipment,low labor intensity,high working efficiency,meets the needs of use,and the application effect is ideal.
