摘要
针对地面筒仓风机工况运行条件下风机噪音大、能耗高等问题,采用了基于PLC变频技术的风机系统优化改造技术,通过在通风机前加装变频器、在通风机口安装降噪格栅等方式,达到节能降噪的目的。
Aiming at the problems of high noise and high energy consumption of the fan under the working condition of the ground silo fan,the fan system optimization transformation technology based on PLC frequency conversion technology is adopted.The purpose of energy conservation and noise reduction is achieved by installing frequency converter in front of the fan and installing noise reduction grille at the fan outlet.
