摘要
以某水电站的控制系统为被控对象,在施耐德新一代以太网型冗余PLC-M580 HSBY的整体设计架构中,基于时标模块BMX ERT 1604进行设计。使用施耐德时标模块BMX ERT 1604进行事件的时标管理,并将数据传输到SCADA中。以IRIG-B/DCF77作为GPS信号接收源,PLC作为下位机,负责执行上位机指令并给予BMX ERT 1604进行各类仪表和机构的状态信息,并反馈到上位机。系统设计参数符合水电站时标系统要求,采用模块化设计,开发效率高,界面友好,运行稳定可靠。
This paper describes a time-stamped system based on time stamping module BMX ERT 1604 under the architecture of PLC-M580 HSBY,BMX ERT 1604 is used to manage the time stamping of events,and transfer data to SCADA.PLC takes IRIG-B/DCF77 as GPS receiver,fulfill upper machine’s information and analyzes all data acquired from the sensors and then feeds back to the upper machine.System works well and reliable with its modular design,friend interface and efficient development procedure.
