摘要
采用常压内部沸腾法对辣木籽总黄酮进行提取,以辣木籽总黄酮提取率为考察指标,设计L9(33)正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,得到内部沸腾法提取辣木籽总黄酮的最优提取工艺为:用70%乙醇8.0 mL/g解吸辣木籽样品20 min后,迅速加入温度为70℃的蒸馏水45 mL提取6 min。得到内部沸腾法提取辣木籽总黄酮的提取率为1.85%,可见内部沸腾法提取技术对辣木籽总黄酮的提取效果较好。
The total flavonoids of Moringa oleifera seeds were extracted by inner ebullition method,The extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the index,L9(33)orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction process,The optimal extraction process was:firstly treated by ethanol(70%,volume fraction)with the liquid-solid ratio of 8.0 mL/g to dissolve out the active ingredient.Then,45 mL of distilled water(70℃)was added quickly into the solution for an extraction of 6 min.The extraction yield of total flavonoids was 1.85%,So that the extraction effect of total flavonoids from moringa oleifera seeds by inner ebullition method was better.
