Analysis of Hydrorefining Separation Process Based on Cost Accounting

加氢精制是炼化企业的重要组成部分,主要包括汽油加氢、航煤加氢以及柴油加氢精制单元。本文借助Aspen流程模拟软件及其相关组件,对比不同产品在一定生产规模条件下采用冷高分和热高分工艺下的成本核算,研究结果可为企业进行相关分离过程设计提供理论基础。

Hydrorefining is an important part of refining and chemical enterprises,mainly including gasoline hydrogenation,aviation fuel hydrogenation and diesel hydrogenationunits.With the help of Aspen process simulation software and related components,this paper compares the cost accounting of different products under a certain scale of production using cold high score and hot high score processes.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of related separation processes for enterprises.
