摘要
针对本工程处理废水水质水量波动大、可生化性较差、丙酮和丁酮等有毒物质浓度较高等特点,采用絮凝沉淀/芬顿/厌氧/好氧工艺处理感光膜生产废水,实际结果表明,该工艺对感光干膜生产废水处理效果十分显著,对COD的去除率达到93.3%,对SS的去除率达到92.5%,出水水质远优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中三级标准,该工艺处理效果理想,实现了稳定达标运行。
In view of the characteristics of large fluctuations in the quality of wastewater treated in this project,poor biodegradability,and high concentration of toxic substances such as acetone and methyl ethyl ketone,the flocculation precipitation/Fenton/anaerobic/aerobic process was used to treat photosensitive membrane production wastewater.The actual results show that The process has a very significant effect on the treatment of wastewater from photosensitive film production.The removal rate of COD reaches 93.3%and the removal rate of SS reaches 92.5%.The effluent quality is far better than the third in the“Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB 8978-1996)The standard process level,the process effect is ideal,to achieve stable operation.
