LC-QTOF MS/MS测定不同生长时期及不同初加工对裸花紫珠7种化学成分影响

Determination of Seven Chemical Constituents in Callicarpa Nudiflora by LC-QTOF MS/MS

探讨不同生长时期、初加工方式对裸花紫珠中木犀草素、芹菜素、槲皮素、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、原儿茶酸和咖啡酸的含量影响。选嫩叶、中叶、老叶、自然晒干、35℃、50℃和65℃烘干各裸花紫珠,超声70%甲醇提取,应用LC-QTOF MS/MS定量分析,SPSS 17差异分析。结果线性关系良好(R^2>0.99),嫩叶总含量最高(434.594 mg/kg),自然晒干总含量最高(436.62 mg/kg),P<0.05。

To investigate the effects of different growth stages and initial processing methods on luteolin,apigenin,quercetin,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,protocatechuic acid and caffeic acid in Callicarpa nudiflora.The fresh leaves,middle leaves,old leaves,natural drying,drying at 35℃,50℃and 65℃were used for ultrasonic extraction of Callicarpa nudiflora.The quantitative analysis was performed by LC-QTOF MS/MS and SPSS 17 difference analysis.Results the linear relationship was good(R^2>0.99),the total content of tender leaves was the highest(434.594 mg/kg)and the total content of natural drying was the highest(436.62 mg/kg),P<0.05.
