Identification and Differentiation of Plant Ginseng,Mountain Ginseng and Fake Ginseng Using Headspace Autoinjector,Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立一种准确有效鉴别园参、移山参及伪山参的分析方法。方法:运用顶空进样,气相色谱-质谱联用技术建立人参挥发性成分气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱,同时采用系统聚类分析方法对园参、移山参和伪山参进行统计分析和数据处理。结果:从人参中分析得到23种倍半萜成分,其中鉴定出10种;园参、移山参及伪山参的挥分性成分基本一致,但相对百分含量不同,从而可以实现鉴别。运用系统聚类分析方法对以相对百分含量为变量的数据进行聚类分析,三种人参能明显分成三组。结论:本方法可以快速有效鉴别园参、移山参及伪山参。 Objective:establish an effective method to identify and differentiate plant ginseng.Mountain ginseng and fake ginseng.Method:to obtain gas chromatographic fingerprinting chromatogram using headspace autoinjector GC/MS and the data processing as well as stastic analysis using hierarchy clustering approach.Results:23 of sesquiterpene components were separated from ginsengs with different percentage of three kinds of ginseng.It was apparently classified into three groups of plant ginseng,mountain ginseng and fake ginseng using hierarchy clustering analysis.Conclusion:GC/MS method could be applied to identify and distinguish three kinds of ginseng as plant ginseng,mountain ginseng and fake ginseng.
