Dispersive Liquid Microextraction Combined with Liquid Chromatography for the Determination of Bisphenol S in Environment Water

摘要 利用自制萃取剂收集装置,结合液相色谱,建立了环境水体中双酚S的简便、灵敏的检测方法。在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.2~50μg·L^-1,线性相关系数为0.9995(R^2),以噪音信号比的三倍为检出限,方法的检出限为0.05μg·L^-1,相对标准偏差2.7%,重现性良好。将新建立方法应用于环境水体中双酚S的检测,结果满意。 A novel method based on vortex-assisted liquid liquid microextraction(VALLME)for the rapid determination of trace bisphenol S in environmental water was successfully proposed by high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection(HPLC-UV).A in-house fabricated glass apparatus was employed for the VALLME pretreatment.On the optimized conditions,the calibration curve varied from 0.20 to 50μg·L^-1,with squared regression coefficient(r^2=0.9995).The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.7%.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.05μg·L^-1.The proposed method was shown to be satisfied for the determination of BPS in environmental water.
