Analysis of Final Examination of Physiology in Different Majors

分析昆明医科大学2016级麻醉学、影像学和法医学三个专业生理学期末考试成绩,为进一步完善生理学教学提供参考依据。采用教育测量学方法对生理学期末考试试卷成绩、难度、区分度等进行评价。2016级三个专业生理学期末考试成绩总体分数偏高,呈负偏态分布,平均分为76.00分,标准差11.66,其中麻醉学专业总成绩高于影像学(P<0.05)和法医学专业(P<0.001);及格率87.86%,优秀率8.93%,其中及格率从高到低依次是影像学、麻醉学和法医学专业;优秀率从高到低依次是麻醉学、法医学和影像学专业。试卷总体平均难度系数0.76,试卷平均区分度0.38。2016级三个专业生理学期末考试难度适中,区分度较好,成绩分布基本合理,考试成绩真实可靠。不同专业生理学期末考试成绩、及格率和优秀率有差异,今后教学应正视并分析差异。

Analyze the final examination of anesthesiology,imaging and forensic medicine in Kunming Medical University,so as to provide the basis for further improving the physiology teaching and improving the teaching effect.This paper uses the principles and methods of educational measurement to evaluate the score,difficulty and discrimination of the final examination paper.The results of final physiology examination showed a negative skew distribution,the overall score was high,the average score was 76.00,and the standard deviation was 11.66.The total score of anesthesiology was higher than that of imaging(P<0.05)and forensic medicine(P<0.001);the passing rate was 87.86%and the excellent rate was 8.93%.The passing rate from high to low was imaging,anesthesiology and forensic medicine;the excellent rate was anesthesiology,forensic medicine and imaging.The average difficulty coefficient of the test paper was 0.76,and the average discrimination was 0.38.The distribution of the final physiology examination for three majors in class 2016 is basically reasonable,with moderate difficulty,good discrimination and reliable examination results.The results of examination score,pass rate and excellent rate in different majors are different,so we should pay attention to and analyze the differences in the future teaching.
