摘要
结合无机化学“酸碱理论”、“催化”、“硅铝酸盐”等基础知识的教学,为本科生设置大学生创新训练项目,旨在拓宽学生的知识面,培养其科技创新思维和能力。通过项目的实施,学生在充分认识各类酸碱理论以及ZSM-5分子筛酸性特征的基础上,以累托土为全部铝源和部分硅源、水玻璃为补充硅源合成出具有不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛,并对其物理化学性质进行表征,分析以天然黏土为原料合成分子筛材料的酸性特征。通过上述训练,开阔了学生视野,深化了其对酸碱理论等知识的理解,培养了创新思维,提升了创新能力。
In combination with the teaching of“acid-base theory”,“catalysis”and“aluminosilicate”in inorganic chemistry,we set up innovative training program for undergraduates,aiming to broaden students'knowledge and cultivate their innovative thinking and creative ability.Through the implementation of the project,based on their fully understanding of the various acid-base theories and the acidic characteristics of ZSM-5 zeolite,the students successfully synthesized a series of ZSM-5 with different molar SiO2/Al2O3 ratio by using rectorite,a natural aluminosilicate clay mineral,as total or part of the aluminum and silicon sources.The physicochemical properties of ZSM-5s were characterized.The innovative training program not only broadened the students'horizons,but also deepened their understanding of the knowledge of acid-base theory and catalysis;more importantly,it cultivated and improved the students'innovative thinking and ability.
