微种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨微种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸治疗的价值。方法选择2016年1月至2019年1月期间在汉中市口腔医院接受口腔正畸治疗者130例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例,对照组采用传统滑动方法关闭间隙,观察组则为微种植体支抗,疗程9个月。比较两组患者治疗前后上下齿槽座角(ANB)、上中切牙SN角(U1-SN)、上齿槽座角(SNA)以及上-下中切牙角(U1-L1)、模型的覆颌(OB)和覆盖(OJ)、尖牙间以及第一磨牙间宽度的变化。测量两组患者治疗后磨牙位移的距离,记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的SNA、ANB、U1-L1、U1-SN等指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的OB、OJ、尖牙间宽度改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的第一磨牙间宽度改善程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的磨牙平均位移(3.62±0.63)mm,明显少于对照组的(5.25±0.74)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.23%,与对照组的4.62%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗中应用微种植体支抗具有较好的稳定性,且疗效可靠、安全性高。 Objective To investigate the application value of micro-implant anchorage(MIA)in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 130 patients who received orthodontic treatment in Hanzhong Stomatology Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to random number method,the patients were divided into the observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.Among them,traditional sliding method was used to close the gap in the control group,while MIA was used in the observation group,with a course of 9 months.The changes of angle between the point A-nasion line and point B(ANB),upper incisor angle to SN plane(U1-SN),angle between the sella-nasion line and point A(SNA),interincisor angle(U1-L1),overbite(OB)and overjet(OJ),canine and first molar width were compared before and after treatment.The distance of molar displacement was measured after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the improvement of SNA,ANB,U1-L1,U1-SN and other indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05);after treatment,the improvement of OB,OJ,intercanine width in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(all P<0.05);the improvement of the first molar width between the two groups was of no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the average displacement of molars in the observation group was(3.62±0.63)mm,which was significantly lower than(5.25±0.74)mm in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.23%versus 4.62%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of MIA in orthodontic treatment has good stability,reliable effect and high safety.
