临床一线感控员在新型冠状病毒肺炎负压重症病房中的作用

Role of clinical front-line infection controllers in negative pressure intensive care unit for COVID-19.

目的探讨临床一线感控员在负压重症病房应对新型冠状病毒肺炎防控救治工作中发挥的作用。方法2020年1月20日至3月30日疫情期间,海南省人民医院一线感控员全程负责制定消毒隔离制度,强化防护技术培训,统筹防护用品的管理,加强环节过程管理和医院感染监管,并对一线抗疫人员的提供心理疏导和支持。结果疫情期间顺利完成了负压重症病房从开始收治新型冠状病毒肺炎到清空患者所实施的医院感染控制、人员培训及人文关怀等一系列护理应急管理工作,保证各环节医院感染管理制度、应急防护物资管理、工作流程落实到位;防护技术培训后一线工作人员的各项防护技术正确掌握率明显高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在整个疫情治疗过程中未发生院内感染及传染源蔓延情况。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控救治工作中,充分发挥临床一线感控员的作用,与医院感染部门紧密联系,迅速采取有效的医院感染控制措施,保障了参与抗疫一线人员零感染,适应突发疫情应急管理护理工作需要,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the role of clinical first-line infection controllers in the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in negative pressure intensive care unit.Methods During the outbreak from January 20 to March 30,2020,the front-line infection controllers were responsible for the entire process to establish disinfection and isolation system,strengthen the training of protection technology,coordinate the management of protective equipment,strengthen the link process management and hospital infection supervision,and to provide psychological support for the first-line anti-epidemic personnel.Results During the outbreak,COVID-19 patients were successfully admitted to the negative pressure intensive care unit,and a series of nursing emergency management works were carried out,including hospital infection control,staff training and humanistic care,to ensure that the hospital infection management system,emergency protection material management and work flow in all links are in place.The protection technology of front-line staff can be significantly improved compared with that before the training.Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,the role of first-line hospital infection quality control staff should be given full play,the hospital infection department should be in close contact with,and effective hospital infection control measures should be taken quickly to ensure zero infection of the first-line staff participating in the fight against the epidemic,so as to meet the needs of emergency management and nursing work of sudden epidemic.
