国家治理能力研究:文献综述与研究进路

Research on National Governance Capability:Literature Review and Research Approach

十八大以来,学界围绕国家治理能力的内涵、结构体系以及治理效能等问题形成了一系列的学术成果,确立了国家治理能力研究的理论基础、结构框架,为国家理论和党的建设注入了活力。本文在力图全面梳理既有研究的同时,指出国家治理能力研究在研究内容、方向和路径等方面的不足,并从国家治理能力的内涵、国家治理能力与治理体系关系和国家治理能力现代化的当代价值三个维度对进一步开展国家治理能力研究提供研究进路。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the academic circles have formed a series of academic achievements around the connotation,structural system and governance efficiency of the national governance capacity,established the theoretical basis and structural framework of the national governance capacity,and enriched the national theory and the construction of the party.This paper tries to reflect the research situation and the deficiencies.including the content,direction and path of national governance capacity.In the future,we should focus on three dimensions:the connotation of the national governance capacity,the relationship between the national governance capacity and the governance system,and the contemporary value of the modernization of the national governance capacity.
