Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Safe Construction Capability of Contractors of Power Generation Enterprise based on AHP

在分析探讨近年来发电企业外包工程人身死亡事故始终高居不下原因的基础上,提出采用AHP法建立起一种承包商安全施工能力评价指标体系,并以模糊综合评价法实施评价。该方法已在某大型发电企业推广使用,安全管理效果提升显著,表明该方法是解决发电企业外包工程人身死亡事故的有效方法。

In recent years,the number of the fatal accidents of outsourced projects in power generation enterprises is always high.A safe construction capability evaluation index system of contractors is established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),in which the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted.Practical implementation of the system in a large power generation enterprise shows that the safety management is significantly improved.It provides an effective method to solve the fatal accident problem of outsourcing projects in power generation enterprises.
