摘要
文章以父母劳动关系和儿童留守为视角,基于广东省佛山市和谐劳动关系调研数据,从劳动合同、薪酬福利、劳动保护和员工发展四个方面采用Logit模型实证研究父母劳动关系对儿童留守的影响。研究发现,父亲月收入越高,越容易将孩子带在身边,而母亲拥有相对独立的住房,越容易将孩子带在身边;企业的安全感和归属感对男性而言,可以降低儿童留守概率;相比省内务工人员,省外务工人员的劳动关系对儿童留守的概率的影响更显著且更大;如果父母一方是工会会员,也可以降低儿童留守概率。文章认为,可以尝试基于企业劳动关系的视角解决儿童留守问题,政府出台相关政策来支持企业和家庭以降低儿童留守概率。
Based on survey data of harmonious labor relations in Foshan,Guangdong Province and by the the perspectives of parents’employment status and left-behind children’s growth,this article uses a Logit model to empirically study the impact of parents’employment status on children’s left-behind growth from four aspects:labor contracts,salary and benefits,labor protection,and employee development.The study finds that the higher the monthly income of the father,the easier it is to bring the child around,while the mother with a relatively more independent-owned houses,the easier it is to bring the child around.On the other hand,the sense of security and belonging in fathers’employment can reduce the probability of children left-behind,the parents’employment in other provinces can significantly increase the children’left-behind,but the workers union membership can reduce the probability of children left-behind.The article argues that it is possible to try to solve the problem of children’s left-behind from the perspective of employment status with the relative social policies to support enterprises and families to reduce the probability of children’s left-behind.
