摘要
外泌体是由多囊泡体(MVBS)与细胞膜融合并接触形成的,它能释放纳米以及有生物活性的小囊泡;直径为30~100nm,几乎所有活细胞均可分泌,尤以肿瘤细胞分泌更为旺盛。根据其特性使得外泌体在肿瘤的诊断中有着很大的开发前景。
Exosomes are formed by the contact and fusion of MVBs and cell membrane, and release nano and bioactive vesicles;the diameter is 30-100 nm, almost all living cells can secrete exosomes, especially tumor cells. According to its characteristics, exosomes have a great development prospect in the diagnosis of tumors.
