银川某社区卫生服务中心2017年中成药不合理用药处方帕累托图分析

Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions of Chinese Patent Medicines in a Community Health Service Center in Yinchuan in 2017 by Pareto Diagram

目的评价银川某社区卫生服务中心2017年中成药不合理处方,以期为规范中成药合理使用提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究,收集该社区卫生服务中心2017年的1872张中成药处方进行统计分析与合理性评价,用帕累托图法对不合理处方问题的构成因素进行分析。结果不合理用药处方共78张,占4.17%。造成不合理处方的主要因素有4项,次要因素有3项,一般因素有7项。结论该社区卫生服务中心中成药处方基本合理,但仍需进一步加强处方点评、用药干预,确保中成药合理使用。

Objective To analyze irrational prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines in a community health service center in Yinchuan in 2017,in order to provide the evidences for clinical rational Chinese patent medicines.Methods Retrospective analysis was adopted,1872 Chinese patent medicines prescriptions of the community health service center in 2017 were collected,and the rationality of prescriptions were evaluated.The constituent factors of irrational prescriptions were analyzed by Pareto diagram.Results The number of irrational prescriptions was 78 accounting for 4.17%.There were 4 main factors caused irrational prescriptions,3 minor factors and 7 general factors.Conclusion The Chinese patent medicines prescriptions were basically rational.But in order to promote levels of rational drug use,prescription evaluation and drug intervention should be enhanced.
