摘要
针对炼钢转炉炉役期间铁水消化能力不足导致铁钢界面不平衡的问题,通过缩短转炉冶炼周期、减少铁水装入量、优化订单计划等措施提高炼钢生产节奏,最大程度上减少了铸铁量,基本维持了铁钢界面平衡,降低了生产成本。
In order to solve the problem of iron-steel interface imbalance caused by insufficient molten iron digestion capacity during converter service,measures are adopted to improve steelmaking production rhythm,such as shortening converter smelting cycle,reducing molten iron loading,optimizing order planning,etc.,the amount of cast iron is reduced to the greatest extent,the iron-steel interface balance is basically maintained and the production costs is reduced.
