热风炉用新型容器钢板的试制开发

摘要 采用科学合理的Cr-Mo微合金化成分体系设计,结合炼钢、轧钢及热处理工艺关键参数控制,试制开发一种热风炉及其配套设备用新型容器钢。生产结果表明,新型容器钢具备高强塑性、高韧性、良好高温强度等优异的综合性能,同时在步冷试验中没有出现脆化倾向,满足在高温环境下服役的要求,为应用于高温环境的锅炉及压力容器产品的开发提供了技术支撑。 In this thesis,a new type of container steel for hot air stoves and its auxiliary equipment is developed by using scientific and reasonable design of Cr-Mo microalloyed composition system combined with the control of process parameters of steelmaking,rolling and heat treatment process.The production results show that the new type of container steel has excellent comprehensive properties such as high strength plasticity,high toughness and good high temperature strength,and no embrittlement tendency appears in the test,which meets the requirements of service under high temperature environment and provides technical support for the development of boiler and pressure vessel products applied in high temperature environment.
