某钛精矿还原焙烧制备还原铁粉和富钛料的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Preparation of Reduced Iron Powder and Ti-Rich Material by Reduction Roasting of Titanium Concentrate

摘要 针对某钛铁矿的矿物性质,通过还原焙烧条件试验,确定添加混合助剂、内配碳,在温度1350℃还原60 min,铁的金属化率达到92%;还原球团矿经研磨磁选分离后,获得品位73.72%的还原铁粉和品位72.84%、铁含量低于9%的富钛料,用硫酸法生产钛白粉,不仅提高了生产效率,而且降低了“三废”排放量和能耗,为企业清洁高效生产打下了良好的基础。 According to the mineral properties of ilmenite,it was determined that adding mixed additives and internal carbon through the test of reduction roasting condition,the iron metallization rate can be reach 92%with reducing at 1350℃for 60 min;it was obtained with the reduced iron powder in grade of 73.72%and Ti-rich material in grade of 72.84%which is less than 9%of iron content.The titanium dioxide is produced by sulfuric acid method,this can improves the production efficiency,reduces the amount of"three wastes"and energy consumption,which lays a good foundation for clean and efficient production of enterprises.
