摘要
研究了齿轮钢纯净度与晶粒度与齿轮接触疲劳寿命的因果关系。通过试验证实了齿轮钢的纯净度与晶粒度对齿轮接触疲劳寿命有着较大的影响。齿轮钢中的晶粒愈细小均匀、非金属夹杂物越微小弥散,齿轮的接触疲劳寿命也愈高。
This paper mainly studies the cause and effect relationship of contact fatigue life between gear steel and gear.It is proved that the purity and grain size of gear steel have great influence on the contact fatigue life of gear.The finer and more uniform the grains in gear steel and the smaller and more dispersed non-metallic inclusions,the higher the contact fatigue life of gears.
